Natasha Crundwell is the cross-cultural leadership coach and Managing Partner of People Going Global. She has 20 years of international experience as a cross-cultural facilitator, coach, keynoter, trainer, problem solver and program developer for organizations with operations in multiple countries and globally-diverse workforce and client bases. Her client list includes over 80 multinational companies from a wide range of industries, including Fortune 500, government agencies and leading universities.

Eamonn Gearon

Eamonn Gearon is the co-founder and managing director of The Siwa Group, an international consultancy firm that trains U.S. Department of State and Department of Defense officials whose work takes them to North Africa and the Middle East. He brings more than 20 years on-the-ground experience across the Greater Middle East, bringing unique insights to operations in the region’s political, societal and business environments.

 

Eamonn has published extensively on Middle Eastern history, culture, and contemporary politics., and writes regularly for a number of business and military intelligence clients. 

 

He is a Professor at Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies, in Washington DC, and the American University in Cairo. He earned his M.A. in Near and Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) at the University of London.

Sam's strong belief in the power of design helps steer KINETIK's path, and his passion shows in the projects he directs as well as his commitment to design education and AIGA—the professional association for design. A dedicated design leader, Sam has been an adjunct faculty member at DC design schools and has served as a past AIGA National Board member as well as DC chapter leadership positions, including President. In 2006 he was presented with the AIGA Fellow award recognizing his significant contributions to the design community.

Foxvale Consulting offers a broad spectrum of development research services, providing clients with the data and insights necessary to achieve their institutional goals.   Jennifer Letowt, Principal, specializes in identifying prospects and opportunities and preparing detailed biographical, financial, and philanthropic profiles.  Other services include webbing donors to potential solicitors and funding sources, and performing wealth-screening analyses.  She also offers training and office development consulting services.

 

Jennifer Letowt has spent over 20 years as a professional in the development research field.  These roles have provided her deep experience with individual, corporate, and foundation donors and prospects, and an understanding of how to align an organization’s fundraising efforts to achieve success.   

 

Ms. Letowt has worked as head of the development research offices at The Johns Hopkins University, The United Negro College Fund, Inc., and Capital Caring, which provides hospice care throughout the Washington, DC metro area. Today, Ms. Letowt works with non-profits and other fundraising consultants who seek her expertise on specific challenges

.  

In addition, Ms. Letowt shares her skills through volunteering in a variety of roles for non-profit organizations.  She served as both Chair and Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Green Hedges School, a private pre-K-8 school located in Vienna, VA and as a Board member of the Greater Homewood Community Corporation in Baltimore, MD

A graduate of Goucher College and the Johns Hopkins University, she is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and APRA, an international prospect research organization. 

Dr Arnold has held a wide array of positions in both the United States and globally including the Middle East where she served as the Chief Clinical Officer for Dubai Healthcare City along with Harvard Medical International, focused on healthcare planning, clinical operations, and academic expansion for Dubai Healthcare City at its inception.  

 

Subsequently, she served as policy advisor to the UAE Minister of Health helping to establish the UAE’s policy framework and workforce regulatory structure along.  She has served as advisor to the GCC Health Ministers and to Saudi Arabia in clinical and nursing education.  In Africa, she has served as strategic advisor along with CHS Advisory to the African CDC, World Bank, IFC and governments including Ethiopia for clinical improvement and academics. 

 

She is a three-time digital health entrepreneur with a 25-year track record of successfully bringing transformative technologies to market in clinical decision support and AI, including with the Medical Brain, a clinical digital assistant.  In the US, she was Assistant Professor of Nursing and Director of Women’s Services for the University of Pennsylvania, leading the clinical programs at Penn Medicine and establishing and leading the perinatal advance practice nursing program.

 

She also served as senior fellow to the Congressional Commission to Prevent Infant Mortality on health policy initiatives to improve access to care and reduce infant mortality.  She also served on the American Nurses Association Council on Perinatal Nursing. In addition to the above, she advised health systems on post-merger integration strategies as a senior manager at Ernst & Young. 

 

She is now serving as healthcare strategy advisor to large developers in the UAE, modelling new connected communities globally that optimize health and wellbeing.
