Kuwait’s ruler Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has passed away.

A great loss for the Gulf region and the world. His Highness was known as a peacemaker and leading elder statesman. He was very kind and philanthropic leader and had a lovely sense of humor. It is a sad day. We have lost a great man. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
