From ‘shot shopping’ to overrun signup websites, a look into America’s vaccine rollout.

Penn Medicine’s community clinics was prominently featured in a Washington Post video where P.J. Brennan, MD, chief medical officer of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, discussed the challenges of building trust among people of color so that they might get the shot.


Nwamaka Eneanya, MD, an assistant professor of Medicine, also spoke about the disparities in vaccine uptake among Black individuals in Philadelphia and how that inspired her to volunteer as part of the clinic effort.
